30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
* In good condition
* Returned with all original accessories and packaging where possible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Siren Comb arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at:

Include your order number and photos or videos showing the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

1-Year Product Warranty

Every Siren Comb is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

* Accidental damage
* Misuse or improper handling
* Normal cosmetic wear and tear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please contact us and we’ll advise on the best solution.
